12:30 午前中にヤマト便がゴーグルの再配達にくるハズなんだけど、いまだ音沙汰なし。
13:10 サービスセンターに電話を入れて確認。午前中に再配達予定の荷物がまだ届いてない旨を伝えると、こちらの電話番号を尋ねられ、それを伝えるだけで話がすべて済む。配達荷物の伝票番号をはじめとして、氏名や住所も口頭連絡の必要なし。
どういうシステムを組んでるのか知りませんが、手際が良いですね。特に携帯電話を使っている場合など、電波状況が悪いと「二度三度と伝票番号を繰り返すことになってウンザリ」となりがちですし。
13:22 ドライバーから入電, 13:26 荷物到着。対応早い。
_ キャッシュカード？
どうでも良い話ですが「キャッシュカード」といったら銀行口座のサービスを利用するためのカードかと。カード会社が、事前審査の上で設定した利用限度額の範囲内で、会員に対して延べ払いで買い物するサービスを提供するカードは「クレジットカード」と呼称するのが一般的だと思います。
しかし K-BOOKS やとらのあなもクレジットカード出して るとは、初めて知りました。ネタとしては、そのあたりで作ってみるのも面白いかも。
